Dear Parents and Guardians,
With a focus on rigorous academic instruction, a values-based education, and a strong commitment to faith, Catholic High schools are becoming more and more competitive as the years proceed. In anticipation of the Catholic High School Entrance Examination in October, The CERTA Learning Center specializes in the preparation of students for this important assessment.
Your child’s exam score can increase with our intensive study program. The goal of our Catholic High School Entrance Examination course is to strengthen the mathematical and verbal skills of the participants. Test-taking strategies will be incorporated into each lesson throughout the course. The many features of the course make it one of the most comprehensive available. Extra features include: simulated exams; seven class sessions (2½ hours each); small class sizes (10 students maximum); rigorous instruction; and year-round contact available.
The staff at CERTA has been preparing students for over 30 years. We have received many inquiries regarding our highly successful Catholic High School Entrance Examination Prep Courses. Given the popularity of these courses and that we strictly limit each class to a maximum of 10 students, we start enrolling students up to one year in advance. Your child’s academic progress is important to us. So, we want to ensure that you will have the opportunity to select the day and time that best meets your family’s schedule. Unlike other programs that are open for a limited time or for preparation for a one-time course, the CERTA Learning Center accommodates students and parents year round. We are here to answer your questions and help in the design of any supplementary educational programs that may enhance your child’s progress.
An application form with details about the course in preparation for the October exam can be found under the “Applications” tab. To avoid disappointment, please complete your application on-line and mail your deposit as soon as possible to reserve a space. Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Placement in the course is not guaranteed until one of our directors contacts you to confirm receipt of your deposit.
